Tempio

Plans and limits

What each plan carries

Tempio is in early access. The plans below are the ones it launches with, and every limit in them is enforced by the product today.

Prices are set at launch. Until then the price row shows a dash, because nobody has decided the number yet.

Every row above comes from the plan record the product enforces, so nobody updates this table by hand. A dash is an amount that is not set yet, never a zero.

What is metered, and what is not

Tempio sells a subscription. The plan sets what your organisation can hold (workspaces, seats, ad connections and MCP keys), and those limits are what the subscription buys. They are in the table above, they come from the plan record the product enforces, and they are true today. The one thing sold on top of the subscription is a prepaid pack of agent messages.

The one metered unit

The built-in chat agent’s messages are metered. One message is one turn you send it. The allowance is a monthly number, it resets with the billing month, and it is counted per organisation rather than per seat, so a team shares one pool and can see where it went.

What is not metered

Work you do from your own agent over MCP is not counted as a message. Your client talks to the scoped tool layer directly, and the key’s scopes and the plan’s connection limit bound that work. There is no token count and no charge per call, because the product is meant to be driven from the agent you already run, and a meter on the tool surface would tax the exact thing it is built for.

Reading is not metered over MCP or in the app. Pulling performance, opening a plan, listing what is connected and reading the record of a change cost nothing beyond the plan on either of those surfaces. In the built-in chat every turn counts, whatever it asks. The message is spent before the answer starts, so asking for a number costs what asking for a draft costs.

What happens at a limit

A limit is a stop. Reach the connection limit and the next connection is refused with the limit named. Spend the message allowance and the built-in chat stops answering, while your own agent keeps working over MCP. Nothing is billed by surprise. The one way past a spent allowance is a prepaid pack of messages you buy from the dashboard, and until you buy one the allowance is the ceiling.

A second brake, for abuse rather than billing, sits under the message allowance. Past a fixed number of chat messages in a day, the agent stops for the rest of that day and answers again the next, whatever the month’s allowance or a bought pack still holds.

The count you have spent and the date the allowance resets are on the usage card in the dashboard. The chat’s own refusal carries neither, so the card is the place to look.

Money

Every amount the product holds is an integer in minor units with its own currency beside it. A figure with nothing behind it renders as a dash rather than as a zero, on this page and everywhere else on the site. Nothing here states a trial length, a refund window or an annual discount. Those are commercial terms, and none of them is in the plan record yet.

Three questions about the bill

  • What happens when I reach the message allowance?

The built-in chat refuses new turns. The count you have spent and the date the allowance resets are on the dashboard’s usage card, not in the refusal. Nothing is charged on top of the subscription for it. A prepaid pack of messages is the one way past a spent allowance, and you decide on the dashboard whether to buy one. A separate daily brake can stop the chat for the rest of a day as well, whatever the allowance still holds. Your own agent over MCP keeps working throughout. It talks to the same scoped tool layer, and the key’s scopes and the plan’s connection limit bound it.

  • I already pay for AI. Do I pay for it twice here?

No. The subscription covers the connections, the normalised data, the drafts, the record and the key surface. Bring your own agent and the model cost stays with whoever you already pay for it; Tempio meters nothing on that path. The built-in chat is there for people who would rather not wire anything up, and its messages are the one metered unit on the plan.

  • What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Early access carries no charge, so nothing lapses today. The credentials are already yours to revoke, disconnecting an account destroys the stored credential for it, and the record of what was changed belongs to the organisation that made it. The billing terms land on this page in the same release that sets the prices.

Questions

Put frontier AI to work on every ad account you run.

Connect your accounts, point your own agent at them over MCP, and read what a plan costs you in limits before there is a number beside it. Early access is open, and the list moves in the order people joined.
