Where to get help
One mailbox, read by a person. A few places answer most questions before an email can, and the rest gets a reply that is an answer when you say what you were looking at.
Where to look first
The documentation
How a connection is made, what each sync status means, and what every scoped tool does when an agent calls it.
The changelog
Every release, dated, with the line that shipped it. If something behaves differently this week, it is on that page.
How the change record answers it
Every change request holds what was sent, what came back and whether the platform confirmed it. Whether a change applied is answered on the change, not by email.
What to include
- 01
The workspace and the connection
Which workspace you were in and which connection you were looking at. Both are named on the screen you were on, and together they scope the search to one account.
- 02
Roughly when it happened
The hour will do, with your time zone. Sync runs and change requests are both dated, so an approximate time is enough to find the exact row.
- 03
What you expected instead
One sentence on what you expected to see. It is usually the whole difference between a reply that answers and a reply that asks a question back.
The address
One mailbox, read by a person: hello@tempio.ai.
Write from the address on your account where you can. It puts the workspace beyond doubt without your having to name it, and it keeps the thread on the record that already holds your consent and your connections.
There is no status page
An outage on a platform shows up where it happened: the connection's last sync fails, and the platform's own error message is attached to the run you can open.
This page states no uptime figure and no response-time commitment, because neither is backed by anything you could hold us to. When one is, it will be stated with the measurement behind it.
Questions
Put frontier AI to work on every ad account you run.
Tempio is in early access. Connect your accounts, point your own AI at them over MCP, and most of what you would otherwise write in about is already on the record.
Request early access- Read and draft by default. Approve is a separate permission you grant.
