Terms of Service

These terms cover Tempio's early-access period: joining the waitlist, and using the product if and when you're invited in. Full terms of service arrive with general availability.
Early access
Tempio is in early access. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a spot or a timeline — accounts open as platform API approvals land, in the order people joined. Once you're in, the product is provided as-is: features can change, break, or be pulled back without notice while we're building. We'll always try to tell you when something material changes.
No fees during early access
There is no charge to join the waitlist or to use Tempio during early access. Pricing is announced at general availability, and the waitlist hears about it first, before anything goes out publicly. You will not be charged without being told the price in advance and agreeing to it.
Your account and your accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. When you connect a Meta, Google Ads or TikTok account, you're representing that you're authorized to connect it and to permit Tempio to read and, on your approval, act on it. You can withdraw that access at any time from the platform's own settings, and Tempio stops syncing the account as soon as the platform tells us.
The gate
Every change Tempio's agent or an MCP-connected AI tool proposes is a draft, never a live action. Nothing applies to your ad accounts without a human in your workspace approving it first. That's a product guarantee, not just a policy — the approve control only exists for people, and no AI in the system can reach around it.
Acceptable use
Use Tempio for its intended purpose: connecting and managing your own ad accounts. Don't use it to access accounts you're not authorized to touch, to attempt to reach another workspace's data, to reverse-engineer or overload the service, or to violate Meta's, Google's or TikTok's own terms through it. We can suspend or terminate access for accounts that do.
Ending early access
You can stop using Tempio and disconnect your accounts at any time. We can pause or end the early-access program, or a particular account's access to it, at our discretion — early access is exactly that, and it isn't a commitment of permanent service. We'll aim to give notice where we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the early-access program evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be communicated to the waitlist and to active accounts by email.
Governing law
Tempio is operated by Tempio AI Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company — ACN 664 611 125, ABN 68 664 611 125. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and Tempio submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
